3)What happens when you culture butter to prepare ghee?
The culture infuses the cream or butter with beneficial bacteria, making it easier to digest and thus improving our overall health.
4)Is it safe for lactose intolerant people to consume ghee?

5)Why A-2 cow ghee is more expensive compared to other ghee?
The regular ghee available in the market is prepared from Jersey or HF cow milk which produces 25-30 litres of milk per day while A-2 Ghee is prepared from the milk of A-2 desi cow breeds like Gir, Kankrej, Kapila, Malnad Gidda, Hallikar, Sahiwal etc which produces just 2 to 8 litres of milk per day and it takes 25-30 litres of milk to make 1 litre of ghee.
